How do you dispose of old kitchen knives?

Treating yourself to a set of Ninja knives? It’s important to dispose of old kitchen knives carefully to avoid injury to yourself or anyone else who may come into contact with them. Check whether your local recycling centre can take them. If they are in good condition, you could donate or sell them. If you are disposing of them, wrap the blade heavily with cardboard, bubble wrap or paper (pop a cork on the knife tip if possible) then use tape to secure the wrapping. Place the knife into a sturdy container and label as SHARP. You can now place the container into your household waste bin.

How do you store knives in a drawer?

Knives must be stored in a safe place, protecting the cutting edge and preventing injury. The Ninja knife block is recommended for easy-to-access storage on the worktop, and for keeping you and your knives safe.
