Cooling-off Period (Right to Cancel Your Order)

  1. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
    • For multiple items delivered separately, the 14 days start from when you receive the last item.
  2. To cancel, notify us within 14 days by:
  3. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number, which must be clearly marked on your package.
  4. Once you cancel, you have 14 days to return the item(s).
  5. Send your items back using the DPD or An Post returns portal and select SharkNinja IE as the retailer or return to the address provided to you by our customer service team.
  6. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s), unless the products are faulty or misdescribed.
  7. Items must be:
    • unused,
    • in resalable condition,
    • complete with all original packaging and accessories.
  8. Once the returned item(s) are received in our warehouse, inspected, and deemed to have met the cancellation criteria, a refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original order.
  9. Refunds will not include the original standard delivery charge paid at the time of purchase. We may deduct an amount from your refund if the item has been used or handled in a way that reduces its value.

Damaged In Transit/Faulty Items Under 30 Days

  1. If your product arrives damaged (reported within 48 hours of delivery) or becomes faulty within 30 days, you are entitled to choose either a refund or a replacement.
  2. To begin, please complete the Damaged In Transit/Faulty Items Under 30 Days Form. Please note in the form whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
  3. Once your request is received, our Customer Service team will validate the details and issue you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
  4. You will then receive:
    • An email confirming your request,
    • A copy of your RMA paperwork, and
    • A pre-paid An Post return label. Instructions will also be included on how to prepare and mark your return package.
  5. Return the item using the provided An Post label. Items must be returned according to the conditions set out in your RMA email.
  6. When your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected to confirm the reported damage or fault.
    • If confirmed, we will process your choice of refund (including the original delivery charge) or replacement. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used at purchase within 14 days.
    • If the reported issue cannot be verified, the item will be returned to you along with a note and supporting photographs explaining why the refund or replacement could not be approved.

Faulty Items Under 12 Months

  1. Contact the SharkNinja Customer Service team on 1800 849 055 to troubleshoot the issue.
  2. If a replacement part will fix the issue, we will send it free of charge.
  3. If the replacement part does not resolve the problem, you will be issued a Replacement Authorisation Number (RAN).
  4. Complete the Faulty Product Return & Replacement Form (over 30 days) once you have your RAN.
  5. Return the item(s) according to the instructions provided.
  6. A replacement will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

Faulty Items Over 12 Months

  • Items over 12 months are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
