What modes can I adjust the cooking time?

All functions except Sear/Saute allow the timer to be set. Stovetop does not.

Which parts are dishwasher-safe?

All parts except the cooking base are dishwasher-safe.

Can I use oven cleaner on my unit?

No, harsh cleaners such as conventional oven or grill cleaners can deteriorate the non-stick coating.

Can I put the pot and lid in the oven?

Yes, the pot and lid are oven safe up to 260°C.
