What is the capacity of the grill?

The grilling surface fits up to 6 steaks, burgers or chicken breasts. The crisper basket fits 1kg of French fries.

Can I batch cook with this grill?

For best results when batch cooking, we recommend you close the lid and run the programmed function for 2 to 3 minutes between the batches before adding more food. It is recommended that you empty the fat/oil from the removable grill plate and you clean the splatter guard in between uses. This will help prevent grease from burning and causing smoke.

Are the coated accessories non-stick?

Yes, the grill plate, flat plate and crisper basket are all non-stick with a ceramic coating that is PTFE free. The flat plate and crisper basket are dishwasher safe. The grill plate is

Do I need to defrost frozen foods before grilling them?

You can cook all your favourite ingredients on the grill straight from the freezer but you cannot use the probe. If you'd like to use the probe, ingredients must first be thawed.

Is this grill dishwasher safe?

All accessories, except the grill plate, probe and probe storage, are dishwasher safe. NEVER clean the main unit or probe in the dishwasher or submerge them in water. Be sure to clean all accessories, including the splatter guard and grill plate after each use.

How do I clean the probe?

The probe and holder are handwash only. DO NOT immerse any part of the probe in water or any other liquid. We recommend cleaning with a damp cloth only.
